Frontispiece from an unknown geographical work with credit lines for the painter (Gwyn, possibly John, d. 1786), and the engraver (Hall, possibly John or William, both London late 18th century). Vesta displays a double-hemisphere world map to Geography who rests her arm on a large globe. The vignette is enclosed in a Chinoiserie inspired border.
